the harly jae milos dress is an ultra-feminine, vintage-inspired empire-waist linen dress with ruffles. it is a braless piece supported by fully elastic straps that also allow for breastfeeding.

- carefully cut off the top of a plastic bottle. alternatively use a medium-sized glass or a ceramic vessel. top the container half-way up with water and place it on a flat surface.
